You're hearing everyone talk about AI, right? And look, it's going to change just about every industry, every sector, I think we all agree on that. The timing, we might debate; and exactly how that occurs, we might debate. At Citi, we've taken, I'd say, a multi-pronged approach at this, but two are worth mentioning. So the first is that we've got 226,000 employees, right? So we've rolled out AI tools to about 180,000 of them right now. And we're monitoring adoption, how often they use them on a weekly basis. And adoption rates are very, very high. That's great because this training as well, how to do prompt writing and the like, and if nothing else, it's upskilling, but it's more than that, because they're able to do their jobs in a more efficient fashion. So that's one approach. The other approach, we put under this heading of AI, but I think about it a little bit differently, which is we've taken a look at the top critical processes across the firm, 50 of them, right? Critical to servicing our clients, critical to running our operations. Like, you pick the nature of how critical it is, but we've identified 50 of them. And we've mapped out what those processes look like, right? And now we're working through: Is it technology? Is it AI? Is it a completely different, you know, clean sheet of paper in order to deliver that new product? You know, what will it take to actually drive greater efficiency in that process? And I think that's a much better approach than the way others have thought about use cases.
