I knew when I had my own companies, one of the things I wanted to make sure we did, and we're unique this way at elf in the beauty space, is we grant equity to every single employee every year, and-

How much of the value of the company do the employees own? Or, ex-employees?

Well, we have, and employee, I mean, obviously it's a bigger company now, but I'd say total is probably close to 10% but more importantly, I'd say the number that is more meaningful is if you exclude the executive committee of the company, since our IPO, we've granted $300 million of equity to our employees in a stock that's gone up about four times. Impressive. You got a round of applause for that.
