One of the things that we hear a lot from our listed companies and companies we talk to is that the cost of reporting and the lack of focus that is required for companies, well, you take focus away from your business, you put it onto reporting, is extremely onerous. And it's reflected sometimes in the fact that smaller companies shy away from going public. They say, "Why do I need all this extra overhead, this extra burden, and so on?" So we drafted a petition. It wasn't a year ago, it was about six months ago, I think. But we drafted a petition to the SEC asking them to change the reporting frequency from quarterly to six months, but to make it optional. So if a company wants to continue reporting quarterly, of course, they can. If they want to continue providing guidance quarterly or whatever, of course, they should be able to do that. But as a requirement, we thought that six months is plenty of time, and what we'll do is it'll free up CFOs and company managements to really focus more on their long-term plans and operating their business.

Were you surprised by the response?

Yes.

Alan: You hadn't been in conversation, private conversation, with the SEC or with Paul Atkins or any-

No, we hadn't. And, you know, after we filed this petition, there was a journal story. And then the next thing we knew, Paul Atkins, the chairman of the SEC, was saying, "We think this is a good idea." And then President Trump of all people said he thinks it's a good idea too. By the way, we don't think of this as a partisan issue at all. As a matter of fact, you know who else has spoken against the burdens of quarterly reporting and management? Barack Obama.

Alan: Oh.

And Hillary Clinton, by the way.
