AI Is Boosting Organic Growth for Advisors

Tell me a little more about the predictive aspect to it, because the more you're accruing, theoretically, the more visibility you'll have into the future. And I think this is kind of a game changer because historically, obviously, you did not really have this ability to the extent now.

Yeah.

So paint me some scenarios where an advisor might be harnessing this power and say, "Hmm, it looks as if A, B and C." Tell me a little about that.

Yeah, what's so exciting about the AI technology and how it's transformed the delivery of solutions like this over the past sort of year or two, is that the underlying horsepower to deliver these insights always existed. What didn't exist and what continues to get better is the ability to do it with real speed and the ability to deliver it up in a way that's easier and simpler for the advisors to absorb. And so at an advisor level, an advisor who has access to this dataset is gonna be able to see their portfolio by client. And this tool gives them specific suggested next best actions. And so based on the data insight that we have across your firm, and more broadly, we suggest that for this particular portfolio, there's a tax management opportunity. There's a sort of DI opportunity here. There is an opportunity to move from this, you know, this set of old mutual funds into this managed account, right? All in the name of providing a higher level of service and better returns to their specific clients whom they're serving. That's the level of insight that it provides for every single advisor across every single client that they have suggesting these next best actions. And as I said earlier, we have hundreds of clients who are using these solutions. And to take a sort of a particularly large and sort of powerful example, we worked with one client who initially rolled out this service to 700 of their advisors. Results went well. So they rolled it out to all 4,000 of their advisors. They've been using this solution for three years now. They've seen organic growth of 20% annual compounded among these portfolios. Just incredible growth by using utilizing these tools and the specific advisors who are utilizing these tools are sort of 8 to 10 or more percent sort of more productive and have higher asset growth than other advisors. And so there's a direct correlation between these insights, asset growth, the individual advisor level, and sort of driving that organically at the firm level.
