A CEO’s Hack: Ask AI for A Performance Review

I use a couple of different AI systems myself-

Alan: Yeah.

In personal life, and somebody gave me this tip. You should do it if you haven't done it. You should go to the AI system that you use the most and you should ask it to give you feedback, both positive and constructive. You have to specifically prompt it for the constructive, because AI systems are kind of programmed to be a little nice.

Alan: Yeah.

So you have to actually ask it to tease it out, and it gave me a Performance Review of how I engage with AI and it gave me suggestions for how to be more effective. It's a thing if you haven't done it, you should try it.

Fascinating, fascinating. How was your Performance Review?

It was actually pretty good and for fun, I actually did it in a small dinner. I actually had the AI read it out to a small group, dinner of my leaders, because I wanted them also to get the point about the fact that we're all on a learning journey on AI.
