This was directed to wasteful spending and the previous state department. Of course, corporation for public broadcasting and a couple of other areas. We looked at that, we thought it was a waste of taxpayer funds and we're taking care of business.

When the tsunami sirens started to blare the voice message in the warning instructed community members to tune into the local radio. We provided up-to-date information throughout the entire evacuation and all clear procedures. So the good news is, tsunami is all clear, but they say this is the work that we do to keep Unlaska safe, and it's only possible with federal funding.
